Abstract
Three-dimensional density distributions of individual materials observed microscopically are separately reconstructed by combining multispectral image processing and optical microscope tomography (which was previously developed by the authors). Microscope optics, numerical methods, and an experimental apparatus are shown. Experimental results, using biological samples, are presented.
