On p. 285 of Ref. [1], the final sentence of the first paragraph was corrected to be “The luminescence was collected by an objective lens (Nikon #f 1/1.2, ${\emptyset 49}\;{\rm mm}$) equipped with a spacer ring to shorten the working distance to $\sim\!{15}\;{\rm cm}$ through a 695/50 bandpass filter.” In addition, a comma in the fourth paragraph on p. 287 was removed to produce “…and strongly influenced by respiration rate.” The paper was corrected online on 7 January 2020.
