Abstract

Owing to a production error, Eq. (1) in Opt. Lett. 38, 3410 (2013) was not properly rendered. That error is corrected here.

In Eq. (1) of [1], the square root should not have extended over the final variable. The corrected equation is as follows:

ϕ(r)=2πλ(r2+f2−f).
