All-optical wavelength conversion based on time-domain holography: erratum

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Eq. (5.1) in our recently published manuscript is incorrect. We provide the correct equation for the effective phase mismatch of the wavelength converted signal under the conditions detailed in the manuscript.

© 2015 Optical Society of America

Equation (5.1) in the recently published manuscript [1] is incorrect. The effective phase mismatch of the resulting wavelength-converted signal at the frequency fout,S is derived as

k4,1=Δκ4,1+γ(PSPLO,1)=β2[2Δωp22ΔωsΔωp]+β3[Δωp32ΔωsΔωp2Δωs2Δωp]+γ(PSPLO,1),

The numerical values of phase mismatch provided in the manuscript have been calculated using the correct expression for k4,1. All conclusions discussed in the manuscript remain unaltered by this correction.
