Abstract

Two typographical errors in [Appl. Opt. 57, 1918 (2018)] [CrossRef]   are identified and have been corrected here.

This erratum lists errors and their correction in Ref. [1]. Table 1 below lists the location of the error, the error, and the corresponding correction.
