Multi-channel superconducting nanowire single photon detector system with high detection efficiency

Abstract

We report a development of a multi-channel superconducting nanowire single photon detector system, which showed the high detection efficiency over 10% at 100 Hz dark count rate and the wavelength of 1550 nm.
