Abstract
A triple-sensor multiplexed fiber-optic displacement sensor is reported, which is based on optical frequency-modulated continuous-wave (FMCW) interference and frequency-division multiplexing. The advantages include high accuracy (0.08 μm) and long dynamic range (1000 μm).
