Phase Spectroscopy of a Semiconductor Microcavity

Abstract

We present here the first combined phase-amplitude measurement on a semiconductor microcavity. The phase reveals surprising behavior under confinement by a magnetic field or in a pump-probe experiment which is not clearly seen in the amplitude.
