Abstract
Recent measurements of the differential pump-probe absorption spectrum, D(ω), in low-temperature J-aggregates display excitan saturation and a higher-energy induced absorption1-4 (see Fig. X). The entire spectrum undergoes significant blue shifting with increasing pump intensity.2'4 In this presentation a theory based on onedimensional interacting Frenkel excitons is used to explain these observations.
