Abstract

The optical power limiting properties of a novel azo derivative 2- [Ethyl-(4-trifluoromethyl-Phenylazo-Phenyl)-Amino]-ethonol (E4TPA) thin-films were investigated using open aperture Z-scan technique (fs regime) and non-degenerate pump - probe set up with CW laser.
