Abstract

Qualitative and quantitative change of intrinsic paramagnetic radiation defects composition is found in g-irradiated at 77 K crystals of LiNbO3:Mg, if the concentration of Mg was above a threshold Mg concentration (4 - 7 mol.%). A new effect is observed in these crystals, co-doped with Cr or Fe - an appearance of HTSC like non-resonant microwave absorption signal in near zero magnetic field at ≤ 280 K.
