Abstract
In this work, we do a comparison of the numerical results of two basic Monte Carlo codes, one using simple Stokes vectors and the other one using modified Stokes vectors, consequently having different scattering matrixes and phase functions. We optimize the computing time using a auxiliary function, Sinc(x), that best fit the original phase function. It does not change significantly the numerical results.
