Multiple Element Mosaic Receiver for Optical Remote Sensing

Abstract

Compact lightweight optical receivers are desirable in many remote sensing applications. Here we report preliminary results of a novel reconfigurable multiple element mosaic receiver for incoherent light collection that is very efficient in terms of collection area per unit weight and per unit volume.
