Interleaved Dielectric-Metal Plasmonic Grating Polarizer

Abstract

We demonstrate novel metasurface optics leveraging the interaction of interleaved dielectric and metal plasmonic subwavelength gratings. A flat polarizer with high extinction ratio and high transmission for a wide angle of incidence is reported.
