Multi-Wavelength DFB Laser with High Mode Stability and Uniform Spacing via REC Technique

Abstract

The multi-wavelength DFB lasers with four and six wavelengths simultaneously emitted are experimentally demonstrated for the emerging optical I/O technology. The proposed structure shows high mode stability and high uniform wavelength spacing of 100 GHz.
