Abstract
We experimentally demonstrate the first on-chip broadly-tunable noise radar transceiver, using silicon photonic technology. By exploiting an innovative and simple lasers’ noise referencing architecture, the device shows reconfigurable operation in the range 0.5-35GHz, with antennas-remoting capability.
