Composite Solitons Generated by Solid State Passively Mode-Locked Laser

Abstract

We present the first experimental observation of composite solitons generated by the Cr:LiSGaF Kerr-lens passively mode-locked laser. These solitons are characterized by the multi- peaked autocorrelation traces and double-peaked spectrum.
