Anomaly Detection of Injection Molded Products Using Polarimetric Camera and AnoGAN

Abstract

This paper reports on anomaly-detection method for injection molded products using polarimetric imaging and AnoGAN. As a result, we demonstrated the effectiveness of this method by verifying the AUC score was 0.94.
