Abstract
Photorefractive crystals enable many optical applications like image processing, signal amplification, and phase conjugation.1 In order to reach small response times, large light intensities obtained from Q-switched lasers are appropriate. We observe at high light intensities an additional photorefractive effect in electrooptic crystals.
