Abstract
Tungsten bronze Ba0.5Sr1.5Na0.6K0.4Nb5O15 ceramics with 97% theroetical density have been prepared successfully by CO2 laser sintering. The laser power rising rate of 1 W/s is the best technical parameter for obtaining dense ceramics. The temperature field analysis reveals that the lower rising rate of power can avoid the appearance of hollow structure in the sample.
