Abstract

An efficient chirped-pulse regenerative amplifier at 1kHz repetition rate was researched with ring-cavity configuration, slope efficiency up to 40% and output energy-jitter less than 1.25% were demonstrated. Amplified pulse energy of 2.4mJ was obtained.
