Abstract
An ultrafast-laser optical system is presented that combines nano-machining at high pulse energy (~1μJ) with five-dimensional (xyz, time, wavelength) optical microscopy at low energy (~1nJ) to enable on-the-fly and post-process optimization of femtosecond laser interactions.
