Abstract
Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) is a highresolution (3-10 μm), non-invasive technique for imaging a range of physical features in partially transmissive materials. The technology is emerging in medical applications, where the replacement of biopsy and traditional microscope histology for some uses is a promising possibility, OCT also shows promise in the characterization of fluid flows in microfluidics, as well as other related imaging applications.
