High Resolution Fluorescence Imaging of Human Hand Pharmacokinetics using a Low-Cost Flatbed Scanner

Abstract

We present a modified flatbed scanner for rapid and inexpensive imaging of fluorophores over large tissue surfaces. System properties are well-suited for monitoring the skin pharmacokinetics of fluorescent drugs such as Doxorubicin.
