Abstract
A Ti:Sapphire system operating at a water vapor absorption line at 935 nm wavelength is characterized with a set-up suitable for instantaneous measurements of the linewidth. 20 mJ pulse energy with a spectral purity of 99.6% was achieved using 100 mJ pump energy.
