Abstract
Fourier Ptychographic Microscopy enables a microscope to push past the physical limitations of its optical elements to generate gigapixel imagery. It utilizes an LED array to provide angularly varying illumination to a set of fixed field-of-view images. It then applies a novel computational reconstruction algorithm to this set of images to offer high-throughput microscope performance.
